These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Garza Junk Removal’s services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Services
Garza Junk Removal will provide junk removal services based on the agreed-upon scope of work and the customer’s request. We will make every effort to complete the job efficiently and safely.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may incur a late fee.
3. Liability
Garza Junk Removal is not responsible for any damage to property that is not directly caused by our employees or equipment during the course of the service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items to be removed are safe for removal.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
6. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Garza Junk Removal regarding the provision of junk removal services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
